Lateness and Cancellation Policy

I would like to provide the best experience to all my clients. 

To ensure that, please allow enough time for your journey to the salon, avoiding lateness to your appointment. I kindly ask all my clients to arrive a few minutes early to treatment, if you are a new client 15 minutes earlier should suffice due to consultation forms needing to be filled out prior to the appointment. 

When you enter the Clinic, proceed down the stairs, the reception is located on the right hand side and the waiting area is in front. There is a lavatory is by the waiting area. 

Once you arrive please take a seat in the waiting area.

As part of a policy of mine, due to time restraints, I cannot accept clients who are over 5 minutes late. 

Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment via email, telephone, and refund can be processed. 

Unfortunately, any cancellations and rescheduled appointments less than 48 hours I cannot accept, refunds cannot be processed. Deposits are non refundable.
