Kristi PMU and Wax - Appointment Terms and Conditions

At Kristi PMU and Wax, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, please take a moment to read our appointment terms and conditions:

o To allow ample time for your treatment and personal attention, please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

o New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary consultation forms before their appointment begins. This ensures we have all the information needed to provide the best service.

When you enter the clinic, please proceed down the stairs. The waiting area is located straight ahead, and the reception desk is on the right-hand side. Kindly take a seat in the waiting area upon arrival.

o We value your time and the time of our other clients. Due to scheduling constraints, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may unfortunately not be able to be accommodated, and the appointment may be cancelled with loss of deposit.

o In the event of a late arrival exceeding 10 minutes and subsequent cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and for appointments that have been pre-paid in full, the full treatment cost will be non-refundable.

o After receiving your appointment confirmation email, you will be able to reschedule your appointment yourself through the provided link up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or rescheduling via this method within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund of any payment made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

o Appointments can also be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time via email or telephone to be eligible for a refund of any payment made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

o Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of any deposit paid, and refunds for any other payments will not be processed. Deposits of £30 are non-refundable under any circumstances for cancellations within this 48-hour window. For appointments below a certain monetary value (please enquire for specifics), a deposit may not be required.

We welcome children into the clinic; however, for health and safety reasons, and due to insurance regulations, our staff are regrettably unable to supervise children during treatments. We kindly request that you do not bring children to your appointments unless they are supervised at all times by another responsible adult who is not receiving a treatment.

Please be aware that our premises currently do not have wheelchair or buggy access. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You have the right to decline any treatment and to ask any additional questions if you do not fully understand any aspect of your treatment or these terms. By proceeding with your appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

o Deposits: A fixed deposit of £30 is required for most appointments. Please enquire if your specific treatment falls below the monetary value requiring a deposit.

o Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, and all major credit and debit cards.

o Full Payment: Payment for services is due pre-paid or at the time of your appointment.

o Pricing: Please note that all treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. VAT is included in the listed prices.

o Patch Tests: For specific treatments, a patch test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment to check for any adverse reactions. A detailed PDF outlining the patch test procedure for your specific treatment will be available for download. Please ensure this is reviewed and followed.

o Pre-Treatment Advice: To ensure optimal results and a comfortable experience, please refer to the specific pre-treatment advice PDF available for download for your chosen treatment.

o Post-Treatment Care: Following the correct aftercare is crucial for the healing process and the longevity of your results. A detailed post-treatment care PDF specific to your treatment will be available for download. Please adhere to these instructions carefully.

o Pricing: Please note that all treatment prices are subject to change without prior notice. VAT is included in the listed prices.

o Touch-Up Appointments (PMU): The terms for included touch-up appointments following permanent makeup procedures will be discussed during your initial consultation and outlined in your aftercare information. Subsequent touch-up appointments outside the agreed timeframe will be charged at our standard touch-up rates, which are available upon request.

o Individual Results: Please be aware that individual results from our treatments may vary significantly due to factors including but not limited to your skin type, lifestyle, metabolism, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or the longevity of results.

o Allergic Reactions: We use high-quality, reputable products. However, allergic reactions are rare but possible. Kristi PMU and Wax will not be held liable for allergic reactions if you have failed to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities during your consultation.

o Limitations of Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the provision of our services shall be limited to the total cost of the services you have received from Kristi PMU and Wax.

o Force Majeure: Kristi PMU and Wax shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness of staff, accidents, natural disasters, or government regulations. In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule your appointment as soon as reasonably possible.

All before and after photographs, videos, and other visual content shared by Kristi PMU and Wax are the intellectual property of Kristi PMU and Wax and may not be reproduced or used without our explicit written consent.

o Data Protection: Kristi PMU and Wax is committed to protecting your privacy and adheres to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws. Your personal information collected during consultations and treatments is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of providing you with our services, for insurance requirements, and for maintaining accurate client records. We will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

o Photography/Videography: We may take photographs and/or videos for our records and for potential promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website). Your explicit consent will always be requested before any such media is used publicly, and you have the right to refuse. Any media taken for record-keeping purposes will be stored securely and confidentially.

o Right to Refuse Service: Kristi PMU and Wax reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasonable reasons, including but not limited to inappropriate or abusive behaviour, suspected health concerns that may contraindicate treatment, or failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

o Amendments to Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended by Kristi PMU and Wax at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
